Booked this last minute. I am an IHG member but I was booking everything through Expedia. When we arrived, I asked the CSR for a late check out, and was told that was only for IHG members which I communicated I was, then she said I prepaid so it didn’t matter. I asked to put my IHG number on the reservation and was also told no. Hotel was fine, but communication could be better.

Not worth it

Awful water pressure could not enjoy the room amenities because they were subpar and didn’t work well. Front desk gave incorrect info for transport that led to 2x higher shuttle bill
