Great location. We could literally see a ship leaving port. Walked to TJMaxx just because we had time and grabbed a quick bite to eat on our way back to the hotel. Parked in front, but they also had a parking structure. My only issue with this hotel was that the toilet in our room made us nervous as the water always rises and we were afraid it would overflow and getting the staff to address this was difficult.

We liked our stay but will never use expedia again. There was confusion of wether or not we had a reservation and all we had was Expedia confirmation number which means nothing to the property. We will stay here again for sure because the hotel was so accommodating but never book through a third party like Expedia.

We were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience at the hotel. We stayed for one night after getting off of a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise port and airport. There are several dining options within walking distance from the hotel. The room was incredibly clean, fresh smelling, and huge (rm 506 if I remember correctly). The hotel staff were so nice, they held our luggage until our room was ready, and got us in 3 hours before the 3 pm check-in time. They also got us on the list for the morning shuttle to the airport (shuttle was on time and a great experience). I will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.
