I made a reservation at this motel with Expedia. On arrival I was informed that I had to use valet parking (no other parking available), at the cost of $52. Then when checking out, I was billed for a "Resort Charge"(what the hell is a resort charge?), $30 plus tax. I was not aware of these fees before booking, would have been nice to know. When I got to my room there was no refrigerator, no plastic cups, no pen and paper. These would be typical items found in most motels I've used previously.

I do no like to give bad reviews but this time the cross the line First they make me park with valet no self parking available and i was never notify of that until i arrived Second day saturday i have to go to front desk and ask why they did not make my roomand was 3pm , answer from front desk personal , housekeeping is done in you area , really i ask why my room is not done They sent someone after this And last they charge 3 days of valet parking , i do not know if is every 24 hours or dayly but they charge overnight for sunday and i check out today and they have a sign that says diferent prices for dayly use of valet and overnight , so they charge overnight today also , is ridiculous besides they charge 30 doll dayle for 2 botle of water that they give you ! I will not come back ever to this hotel , they only advantage is convenience because is close to convention center and cruise port Very disapointed with this hotel Tks jorge

Issue with AC with the room that I had. Let the Front Desk know went out to dinner. Came back after a couple hours. The room still was hot. Requested a change of room. I was patient and polite never made a scene or was angry about it. Manager Changed my room, but he made a comment saying oh where are you from and I said I am from here Miami. He’s like oh then you know that it’s hot and it takes a while for rooms to get cold. Didn’t appreciate the comment he needed to say sorry for the inconvenience. Here is your new room and the keys. Food was expensive For burgers and hotdog. And morning just to be able to get a yogurt, orange juice and a coffee you will spend more than $40 stayed at the Hilton just for the convenience of the convention center, which was great. But too expensive to overall.

We stayed here for 1 night before boarding our cruise. Check in was a breeze since we go in so late and the person at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was a disappointment. If it hadn't been so late at night I would have complained but after a long day of travel my family was ready to sleep. The 2 major issues was that there was no visible handsoap in the bathroom and a huge wet spot on the floor that we assume was the refrigerator leaking since the fridge was warm and the spot was directly in front of it. Glad we only booked this hotel for one night, and maybe the experience would have beem different if we were there longer but I can't get over the bathroom not having soap so will not be staying here again.

Great location and property with nice facilities for gym and pool. The only downside was the noise… we could hear everything in the hallway outside our room as if they were in our room. Thankfully there wasn’t too much foot traffic so it was manageable.

We stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina from Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11. At 11:10 AM, we checked out. Just two hours later, while driving back to Orlando, I realized my Apple Watch was missing. It was shut off at exactly 12:08 PM — and guess where it last pinged? That’s right: Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. I clearly remember leaving it next to the TV. As we were walking out, the cleaning crew was already on the floor. Suspicious? Extremely. I reported it immediately. The security guy said he’d “investigate” and call me back. He didn’t. I followed up that same night, and the front desk lady told me nothing was turned in to lost and found — but accidentally let slip that someone checked into our room at 6:00 PM, six hours after my $1,200 watch conveniently went offline. The only people who had access during that gap? The cleaning staff. Still, no call back. I called five days in a row. Nothing but excuses. Hilton’s security manager completely ghosted me. This is disgusting behavior for a brand like Hilton. You had one job: check the cameras, confront the cleaner, and get my damn watch back. After years of being a loyal guest, I’m done. My family, my friends, my company — none of us will ever stay at a Hilton again. This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was straight-up ghetto. Shameful.
