The staff at this hotel are exceptional! The suite we stayed in itself was less to be desired. There was black mold in the master bathroom shower, and also water damage with buckled drywall beside the shower. We paid for a king suite with what was advertised as a full kitchen. There were 4 plates/bowls and cutlery for 4. When I called down for cooking supplies we were given 1 frying pan, 1 pot that was it. No toaster, kettle, or anything else for a full function kitchen. I could not cook meals for my family in this suite with what was provided to us. The pull out coach cushions were covered in stains, and there was a large brown stain on the main carpet in the main living room. So the room was definitely tired and needed a deep clean. The location was exceptional you could walk to everything on the main strip, restaurants and shopping. The beach access for the hotel was convenient, but only included 2 beach chairs. So we had to pay each visit for an additional 2 chairs for our family of 4 along with an umbrella, as those were not included in the daily resort fee. We had rented a car, and valet parking was the only option at $58 US dollars per day. In hindsight we should have just used Uber and not rented the car to save on those costs. The staff here are amazing, so helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel itself is a hub for business conferences. Some days it took 5 minutes or more for the elevator as it was so busy. Don't book a kitchen suite if you're planning to cook!

The service is outstanding!

We have stayed at this hotel before. We recommended it to all of the family in our party. Several stayed here on this trip. The hotel impressed all of them. The staff all are friendly and helpful. They all want to be there. It is amazing. Luigi was outstanding and I cannot put into words how wonderful Rochelle was. She took care of every detail for us and our family!!!

I liked that it was a safe area. Walking distance to great restaurants. The food at the restaurant S3 was delicious. Staff was very nice and courteous. I disliked that our tub was a soaker tub and did not have hand rails on walls for safe entry in and out. The toilet was not refilling so we had to take the top off to help it along when we flushed. Housekeeping showed up right before dinner when we were getting ready to go out.
