The hotel was smelly, and long past its prime. Carpeting, furniture, seating was unclean. Altogether an uncomfortable stay. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Coffee and water for tea were persistently lukewarm. The staff was polite and helpful for making transfer arrangements, and the shopping in the area was great. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great.

Staff AMAZING Location GREAT Breakfast GREAT However overall facility needs work. First room locking mechanism was broken they changed our room as they were unable to fix it. Second room door closed with enough pressure to crush your hand. It will definitely serve its purpose if you’re flying or cruising out next day.

It had a very musty smell in the suites and we had to change rooms!! Staff was very nice and accommodating though. Other rooms were clean, but outdated. Good location.
