The cleaning service was inadequate; the room remained dirty despite my request for them to come and clean. When they arrived, they only replaced the towels and barely made the bed, leaving the pillows on the couch without cleaning anything. Eventually, I became frustrated with the constant calls for them to come back. On the first day, they only showed up to "clean" the room at 4:00 PM, which is not a time when I needed anyone to make the bed. The breakfast is the best aspect, with everything appearing very fresh and a wide variety of choices. The staff at the breakfast station are incredibly friendly and kind, especially towards my child.

This hotel was very impressive. From the cleanliness to the notable friendliness of ALL the staff from the attendants at breakfast time, to the cleaners and front desk. What really really stuck with me was the manager and breakfast attendants walking around and chit chatting with the guests. Thats something id never experienced in all my years of traveling. It felt very personal and showed just how much they care about the guests. Particularly there was a lady with Red braids ( i forgot her name im so sorry 😊. She was bubbly and willing to share insightful information about local activities that wr had heard about. She said she did security initially then was moved upstairs to work in that dining area. There was a manager also who clearly took note of guests faces as she greeted us with "hello again" on several mornings. Thank you to all the staff for this amazing memorable service!! Will be back. Theres a beautiful pool area, an attached garage for $28 a day which was the only annoying charge but worth it. The hotel is exactly 9 mins from the airport, 13 mins from the beach. 6 mins from Las Olas., 40 mins from south beach.. perfect deal if you ask me. The only negatice if that id say is the rooms have limited storage. For 2 pf us though itwas ok. But if you're a larger group it may be a problem. Theres a fridge and refrigerater in the room. The morning breakfast is pretty decent. Get your day going for sure with many options. Thank you again!!

Modern, clean , quiet , I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons this one is nice only thing is parking is not free think it was about$28.00 dollars but there is a lot of places in Ft. Lauderdale where pkg is not free.
