The property is very convenient for the Broward Center for Performing Arts which was the purpose of my stay. Although it is less than a mile away, it is not an easy walk due to having to cross the very busy multi-lane Broward Boulevard and so I chose to drive there. the immediate neighborhood is undergoing lots of new construction of high-rise apartment buildings and condos so its busy. The hotel is clean, the hot breakfast options are adequate (scrambled egg, maple smoked sausage, potatoes, toast, make-yourself waffles). The room was very comfortable. There could be some updating of bath/ shower fittings. Staff were very pleasant. Parking is managed by an independent company so you pay for parking through an App but the parking lot is covered and adjacent to the hotel so very convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and had good amenities. Parking was convenient, only downside is there is a fee to park. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We stayed five nights which was three nights too many. Very crowded, older hotel, long waits for the elevator with long lines for low quality breakfast. only 1-2 elevators worked during our entire stay. Our room had a broken dripping faucet upon arrival. Room service cleaned our room after the first night but not again until we had asked again on our last night. They accepted pets but provided inconsistent quality, service, and friendliness. There isn’t anything to eat, see or do in the immediate area - felt a little deserted and was about a 10-15 minute walk from Los olas shopping and dining which was comfortable during the day. Otherwise the walk wasn’t well lit at night and ride services were inconsistent. It’s a value hotel but we aren’t sure we received the value we had paid for.

bathroom hastily built, fixtures not caulked. cracked glass shade on bathroom light fixture. broken picture frame in bathroom. loose old carpet in bed area. water is yellow. beds are uncomfortable. dog poop by the entrance that no one bothered to clean up. staff was friendly. continental breakfast was good. pool looked nice, didn’t use. not worth the cost, didn’t appreciate the deposit
