The entry smells really good and inviting. They greeted us with free water which was a plus in the Florida heat. The room was clean; housekeeping is every other day. The only hiccup was the keys didn't work at first so I had to go back down to fix the issue. Ended up getting a new room. The ladies at the breakfast area were working really hard to make sure everything goes well. Breakfast was a plus also. Overall, we would stay there again

A Happy Neighborhood Hotel

We checked in after midnight due to a late night flight and had been promised a late check-out the next day over the phone. When we verified we could do late check out when we checked in, we were told we need to check with management the following morning. I called the front desk the next morning and was told no late check out. The bathroom had dirty flooring and the room just didn’t feel very fresh. The bed was hard. When we checked out, there was no thank you or greeting to have a nice day. Lots of places we could have stayed, but trusted the “excellent” rating. Not our experience.

Service à la clientèle terrible, la commis à la réception ne m’a jamais regardé lorsque je lui parlais, quel manque de respect. Nous avons dû demander un late check-out pour terminer nos bagages pour prendre l’avion, nous avons 2 jeunes enfants. Nous avions besoin que d’une demi-heure ou une heure maximum, nous avons reçu un refus catégorique, aucune considération ou compréhension de la commis à la réception. Très déçu de cet hôtel.

This was an interesting stay. My floor smelled funny and when I mentioned it to the front desk they just laughed it off. My check in felt rushed because I’ve stayed at Hamptons before I had an idea what to do but it would have been nice to be told. My TV stopped working the first night, the maintenance man was the nicest person my entire stay. It was never fixed so I kept it off the rest of my stay. Overall, I give it a 3/5 stars.

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast options were good. The only complaint I have is that the staff were not warm and friendly. They weren't mean or rude, just not friendly. No "good mornings ", "how are you doing", not even a smile. Other than that, everything else was great!
