Positive: Nice location for shopping and dining. Severes breakfast daily. Negative: Bed bugs and roaches in the room. Room service comes every other day but dont change the sheets. Sheet had red stuff from the bed bugs. Hotel told me to call expedia to get a full refund but I still haven't received anything.

5 nite stay to visit family- carpets in halls and rooms is disgusting- bed pillows are ridiculously small!!! Bathroom was clean! Benches in dining room are also disgusting!!! Need to be replaced!

This Hampton Inn shows it's age, getting close to shaby. In need of a face lift, that goes for the furniture to the bedding, has not changed for the last 15 years at least.No more free water bottles without begging, room service every two days only; big step down from Hampton Inn Weston accross I 595/75

The place was very dirty. Stayed three days and they never vacuumed the hallway . Toothpicks and crap on the floor. The front desk attendant was very rude when I checked in. I stood there for 10 minutes no one came out. Then he appeared and told me he was saying hello behind the wall. I didn’t hear him. He should have come out and greeted me. Very obnoxious when I tried to ask him where to go to our room.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. Dirty shower, wet towels, rusted handles and door knobs. The location is convenient and the staff was friendly but I would never stay here again (even if it was free!) There are plenty of hotels nearby, stay literally anywhere else.
