We called for airport shuttle, he said 10 minutes. Half an hour later we called again, he said 5 minutes. In total we waited for 40 minutes to be picked up. Sheets and towels were dirty. They didn't have information that we paid for breakfast, I had to prove it to them. Overall I was disappointed. I thought this was a good brand.

I'd give 0 stars if I could!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked our hotel stay through Hotels.com which included a free breakfast and was additionally confirmed by a phone call. Upon checking into the hotel, the receptionist told us breakfast was not included in the price and we would be required to pay an additional $30 fee. Apparently, the hotel management never notified any of the 3rd party websites to remove the free breakfast, as they decided to not offer that anymore. Upon checking out, they tried to charge us the fee again. Although the beds were comfortable, the rooms and furniture are dated, the AC didn’t work properly, and even though we requested a quiet room months in advance, the room they provided was facing the freeway onramp so there was street noise all night long which kept us awake. The staff is unfriendly and act like they don’t want to be there and treat you like you are an inconvenience. They can’t even keep the complimentary water filled in the lobby which was empty on three different occasions when I tried to use it. I would highly suggest staying somewhere else while visiting the Fort Lauderdale area. I’ll never stay here again…even if it’s free!
