We booked this hotel due to 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. We waited for 1.5 hrs to get the shuttle from the airport to the Fairfield and eventually called an uber becauae the shuttle was full bith time it arrived. Check in at 10pm at night was about 40 minutes. Our morning flight, we got the shuttle back to the airport at 4am and barely made the shuttle because it was full from picking up people at the neighbor hotel. We had to stand and people got left behind. The Home2Stay shuttle came to he pick up the night before but only announed Home2Stay ehen it was emoty left without passengers as 30 of us stood there waiting for Fairfield shuttle. Our flight arrived at 8:30 pm and morning flight departed at 0700, but due to transportation issued didnt get to our room until after 11pm and had to leave at 0400. Would not recommend this hotel. Hotel was clean and the one staff member working the desk was pleasant even though she had a very long line waiting to check in.

When we arrived after a very long day of travel, they had our reservation but didn’t have a room for us at this point it was 130 in the morning and they had to put us up in an alternate hotel, which they paid for, but that was another hour so we got checked into the new hotel at 2:30 AM

Airport shuttle was a plus, great choices for breakfast only complaint was that our room smelled terrible and walls are very thin. Woke to slamming doors at 4am.

best to stay somewhere else

Victor at front desk was rather rude. just abrupt in his answers and water pressure in shower was awful oh and if you step out for a bite to eat and come back to your room after noon which is check out time you will be locked out of your room.. crazy .. never had this happen before at any other hotel I have ever stayed at
