The people that work at Embassy Suites are wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel is nice but the rooms need to be updated.

The hotel has been renovated however, the plumbing is terrible. Also, was very disappointed about pool. It use to be beautiful with a waterfall, now the waterfall is gone, the hot tub did not work. The outside areas are just not kept up like they should be. We love the staff. If not for them we would come back. Elizabeth in the bar, Kathleen and Cynthia at front desk.
