The only elevator took 30 minutes to operate…. You had to pay for parking which was not mentioned initially, the clogged sink and shower took an entire day to be resolved, the construction noise was horrible and breakfast only starts 7:30am on weekends

Wonderful property and exceptional staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the dining and bar staff. (We LOVED the omelet chef!) The property was undergoing renovations, so things were a bit messy, but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Also, the keycard system couldn’t make room keys for the first day, so we were constantly having to ask the staff to let us into our room on the 6th floor. They were so wonderful about it though! Very professional and kind. The pool was awesome. The hottub could use some tweaking…very weak jets. Also, cleaning more than once in the morning or a better filter system is needed. Pretty dirty by the evening. I am already looking to book for a return stay!

Although it’s a bit pricey, it’s always a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Easy walk to restaurants. Aside from the pool and hot tub needing upgrades, the facility is in pretty good shape. I give it a 7/10.

Location, location, location - excellent! The pool is great and then walk across the road/boardwalk and you're at the beautiful beach! Nice hot breakfast in every morning which we really enjoyed too. The building itself was fine, and you can't beat the amenities!
