I booked the resort for two nights. Overall it’s average. Was expecting its beach front but the building is surrounded by other tall buildings and they said they don’t have any waterfront rooms. Which was not mentioned while booking. Also to access beach, have to cross busy traffic main road and pass other buildings passages. You have to pay resort fee per day even if you are not using any beach or pool services. I asked at receptionist next day to refill shower gel and conditioner but it was not done. When asked for dental kit they said they will send someone in room but no one comes. When asked for late checkout on last day they allow only 1 addition hour and asking to checkout before 12 noon. Otherwise they will charge 25$ per hour. The good thing about this property is its brand Hilton, the room cleanness, you will feel safe and pool are looks really nice however I was not able to use it because of our planned activities outside of resort.

Beautiful property…but breakfast charge was ???
Overall the resort was a great value considering the location and all the free amenities. Place looked and smelled brand new and staff was excellent. Only complaint is probably directed at Hotels.com though. When booking the room I typically add the extra charge in the total price for the breakfast for two. However, the hotel staff told me something about that just covering the base price…or something along those lines? Breakfast for two is an average of $60 a meal…which was charged to the room/bill…even though my Hotels.com receipt even showed “Free breakfast”. BTW, the breakfast was very good though. Probably not worth $30 apiece though. I would stay there again.

Resort fee and parking too expensive for an older hotel! We paid in advance for breakfast and thought were paying for buffet breakfast! We had to eat the exact same thing every single day (eggs, bacon, home fries and toast)! Very upsetting!
