I’m a morning coffee drinker and I was a little disappointed because the coffee wouldn’t come out hot and I would have liked that they had a speaker by the new pool on top because we couldn’t hear the music on the top. Everything else was great

Everything about the property was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I overpaid by booking through a third-party, Expedia, and could have gotten a better rate directly from the hotel. Lesson learned.

Valet parking $65 per day! Self park $55 per day ! If you want to use the sauna, $75! Outrageous pricing. Housekeeping very poor. We were expecting a lot more. Would not stay here again

I was disappointed, this hotel was over priced. After preparing for my room, a $750 hold was placed on my card for incidentals that I never used on purpose I was still charged a $152 resort fee. They also charge guest $50 a day to park in their garage. I had to park my rental car off premise away from the hotel and take an uber every where. I will never stay at this hotel again. They rob their guest.
