WOULDN'T RECOMMEND UNTIL ALL ISSUES FIXED!

We would not recommend staying here. Serious moisture problem everywhere we were, especially our room. Always felt "clammy" with humidity even with ac on. The pool was closed, (condemed) construction noise but the worst was a major highway right at you. Loud noise from it 24/7. The room itself was updated, clean, modern. Breakfast had decent choices, eggs, sausage included. It would be ok to stay here probably next year when all the issues are fixed and if your a heavy sleeper but only 1 night if you're just passing through. ( We made our reservation 4 months ago, should have read recent comments and would have changed location.)

Great that they have a free shuttle from the airport. Be sure to tell the driver that you are staying at the Best Western PLUS as there are several of them. We were taking to the wrong one and had to pay for a cab to ours. Totally not the of this motel.

No airport pickup!

We phoned four times for airport pickup and we were put four times on lengthy holds. Finally gave up and payed $25 for an Uber. Very noisy hotel right next to I95, did not sleep well at all. Would never stay there again and would definitely not recommend it.

If I was a pothead, I would have liked this place more. The Marijuana smell was so strong in the hallway and in our room. The pillows smell rotten. Probably from everyone sweating at night. I think this place was nice when it was new, but it has not been maintained very well at all. Get your tetanus shot before you stay here.

They are under construction. There is one slow elevator that works. Breakfast was very limited. The front desk when we checked in late at night was rude and not very helpful, only gave us one key and it didn’t work. So we had to go back down and get it activated. No water pressure for the shower. But I will say that when we checked out, the front desk had a different employee who was kind and helpful. I liked having a McDonald’s and Dennys next door. I probably won’t stay here again.

A clean room, slightly worn-out, scratched furniture, next to a freeway. It was the noisiest room I’ve ever been in in a hotel. Thank goodness I brought ear plugs. There are several restaurants next to the property, including a Denny’s. The hotel breakfast was less than what I’ve received at other hotels. They had three cereals: cocoa puffs, cinnamon crunch, and honey oats Cheerios. Usually they have corn flakes or rice crispies. By the time I got there, there wasn’t much left in the buffet. I got the last two sausages. You had to make your own waffles, which were popular. Buffetwas adequate but nothing to look forward to. The shuttle to the cruise terminal was $15. Very much worth it. The shuttle from the airport comes about every 20 to 25 minutes so I took a taxi for $30. If it hadn’t been so hot and I was so tired I would’ve taken the shuttle.
