Noisy airconditioner, fridg not stocked, empty noisy. Great shower. Good food at Kiki’s and service. Place feels dated, needs refresh, stinky carpet. No complimentary water. I know it’s a cruise terminal type of hotel but not up to standard with Crown Plaza.

We found the staff to be incredibly unfriendly and not at all helpful. The only courteous person was the front end manager who we saw once. We will never stay here again, there are so many other options.

The gentleman (with all of the chains) at the front desk was beyond atrocious when my wife checked in. Details are not important now, but basically talked down to her and said 'i dont want to get what u have, u shoildnt be traveling.' What ???!! Who says that?? Food poisoning isnt contagious douchbag. Horrible customer service!!

Convenient to the Airport, and Cruise Port.
This hotel is conveniently located to both Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Cruiseport. There is also a free shuttle from and to the airport. Transportation to the cruise port costs extra and is provided by an outside vendor. Beds are comfortable with the usual amenities you would find in a hotel.
