Nice hotel, could use some help
I arrived at the hotel and was given the incorrect room. I changed rooms and the new room was okay, was warm but the AC worked, the bathroom wasn't very clean, there was hair on the floor and the shower was dirty. I spent the evening in the restaurant and bar, where the food was not very fresh or tasty, even the employees were talking negatively about the quality of the food. The next morning i woke up and the floor was completely soaked in my room. I told the front desk and she said she'd let someone know. At checkout, they took my keys but didn't give instructions on getting out of the parking garage without them and it took them more than five minutes to answer the call button to let me out. Overall, would not go back unless i absolutely had to.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean close to the airport and the only thing is that they have a roof top patio and pool but the pool was under construction they should put that on there amenities so people aren’t disappointed when they arrive Overall not bad for a last minute booking

The Crowne Plaza has a very relaxing atmosphere, the decor is with excellent taste! The Crowne Plaza had many activities that you can enjoy along with your stay! The hotel is very spacious and was truly enjoyable!
