Rooms smells like water damage especially 414 and it wasn’t a balcony like I asked for the carpet was nasty stains every where. The sofa was nasty… the sheets had stains I called to get new ones he said 10 mins but it was like 45 minutes he stated it was a rush but he apologized and also downstairs was very nice when you walk in lobby was clean so that’s a plus. Other than that for it to be a Marriott property it wasn’t what I’m use to courtyard failed me
