Sheena was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. She was helpful in arranging my wake up call and airport shuttle and informing me of the amenitities available. The jar of chocolates and cookies and juice are a delicious lovely touch! I would stay here again next time I am flying in or out of Fort Lauderdale. Some more vegan options on the Bistro menu would be good. Like a veggie / vegan beyond meat burger or tofu rice bowl etc. Menu was limited. Thanks Sheena for a great stay!

Our group was only there one night, lots of people coming and going, for the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest issues, none of the ice makers in the hotel worked, we had a pull out bed and the room was not equipped with any extra blankets/pillows. We ended waiting over 30min for those items to be delivered.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the resort. First time was 2 years ago and felt it was on the verge of needing to be updated. That did not happen and you can tell. To be fair they claim it’s about to happen and hopefully that happens. This resort is NOT CHEAP! With that being said they should at least offer free coffee and not force you to purchase Star((I mean 7) Bucks per coffee which is in the resort. Total ripoff as is the fact you have to rent some of the pool chairs! 30.00 a piece! What? Speaking of pool the hot tub was filled with small children and only one was working. This should absolutely be limited to adults.the staff was very nice and plenty of them just feel you can do better at the other resorts nearby.

I stayed here before but when checking in this time. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful. I came back because of such a great experience my first time.this second time I came back there was someone different working the front desk. She was light skinned heavy set lady working the front was very rude when answering phones for the shuttle and extremely rude when I checked in. I honestly feel that’s the only thing that I can say was bad about my experience. But overall the hotel itself was clean and the cleaning staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant staff is amazing !This is a very nice hotel but people who are unprofessional and rude should not be working the front desk. But luckily the lady at check out was much more polite and friendly and helpful than the rude fat short light skin lady at check in. Very clean hotel and nice showers and nice pool and hot tub. Outside of my bad experience at check in. I would say this hotel is top notch and worth the money.

Everything about the property was in good order, with a freindly staff, but the airport shuttle does not begin the day until 5:00am. We had a 6:00am flight, and needed to leave by 4, so we have to provide our own transportation.
