I checked into my room TV not working phone to call front desk not working no hot water no Rags One towel. Went to the desk clerk and got another room. Everything worked, but still only had two towels from the pool, which were very hard and not usable.

Una basura total, hice mi reserva online perdí mi billetera en el aeropuerto por lo que no tenía tarjetas, aceptaron la reservación y se depositó el dinero no dijeron que necesitaban tarjeta ni nada nomás pusieron documento y cuando llegue les expliqué lo que pasaba no me atendieron porque no tenía tarjeta ni explicándoles lo que pasó, ni siquiera me quisieron devolver el dinero a pesar que el error fue de ellos por no poner que necesitaban eso, y me dejaron durmiendo en mi carro por 3 días una porquería de hotel les dije que no tenía más dinero que me lo devolvieran para ir a otro lado y ni así una basura total

This is a conveniently located hotel. The staff is polite. The only problem is the nickle and dime policy. To charge $20 to let you checkin one hour earlier when you arrive is ridiculous. Especially that the room was ready. This is a big disappointment. Most hotels let you checkin if the room is available.

The front desk clerks aren't welcoming at all. The property looked ok upon arrival. The room I was in was absolutely disgusting. Cheap, dirty, muggy and towels extremely small. Not to mention the door barely wanna close. Oh parking was $33 dollars for two days.

Check in was fine, staff was pleasant. Room was clean however towels were thin and sparsely filled up. House keeping did not enter during my 3 night stay and finding extra towels proved to be a bit of a challenge. Front desk did not have any on two occasions and they needed to be delivered to the room about 30 mins later. Only one elevator for the 6 floors, and ice machine did not work on my floor.
