My concerns were small. People throwing cigarettes out there balcony landing in our balcony having a 7 year old it almost landed on him. When it suppose to be a non smoking hotel. They were few burn marks on the furniture. At night it was hard to sleep because something was bitting me not sure what it was. Then i wish I knew where to depose the trash like have instructions in our room instead of me looking through the app I found out last minute. And it wasn’t known how much the parking was 30 a night is a bit much but found parking around the hotel. Everything else was great quiet respectful service.

We love the location, everything perfectly located, the conditions of our unit were prime. As a suggestion, the air conditioning was a little bit noisy and the quality of the towels not were the best. For the rest, really recommend it, definitely would stay there again.

The Circ by Sonder
My stay at The Circ was overall good but could’ve been better. My mom & I got there after a super late flight; the front staff at that point was helpful with where to proceed in the building (the building is shared with residencies). I downloaded the Sonder App prior to arrival as suggested via confirmation email which was the best way to go for a mobile key instead of having to dial a long code every time in the elevator or at the room door. Room was comfy & cozy but the coffee maker didn’t work right, the bathroom sink was backed up & the tv kept blacking out & remote needed new batteries—all things that should’ve been checked prior—but were put in for a maintenance ticket & handled accordingly with the help of one staff member Chanel who had asked if I reported this prior, which I didn’t since it was my first full day in the room. Front staff changed in day & was less friendly/personable as though they did not want to interact in person. One woman barely answered any questions I had. I had to ask a question about 5 times different ways before I got an actual answer for simple things—she seemed like she did not want to be bothered as I asked about toilet paper & towels, she even said people don’t usually request new towels, etc. Aside from these minor issues I enjoyed the property, the pool was nice & not usually crowded when I went, there’s an Italian restaurant on property called Olivia that was really good (but bring a sweater!) I felt safe & would use Sonder again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Circ. I was hesitant because the price per night is so low- but they exceeded all expectations. The huge balcony in the room was my favorite as well as the shower. The rooftop pool, though small, is convenient, clean and refreshing. The coffee shop attached to the lobby was so amazing and the staff was so friendly. I was not crazy about the surrounding area, as our view was a lot of bare fields preparing for construction. There were many homeless people in the area, however, they never approached me during my five day stay. Location is convenient as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Dania are not far. All in all, very happy and recommend!

If you want a do yourself experience this is your place. Hotel is way too focused on being different and edgy. They really should just hire robots to help you because customer service is definitely not their priority. I don't think you could even stay there if you don't have a smart phone. Everything is done on your phone from checking in, to asking for service, to using the elevator. For the exception of the restaurant, most staff members are not helpful or present. Had to go on a wild goose chase for ANY working ice machine. There is no phone in the rooms to call the front desk. So if you don't have a signal on YOUR cell phone you have to go downstairs. Staff seemed bothered by having to answering questions and was completely ignored by rude valet who was vaping weed and talking on the phone. Didn't even try to help with bags or even make eye contact with you. Just sat there like a cashier collecting parking fees. Again, such poor customer service. Rooms were modern and comfortable but gave Airbnb vibes not luxury hotel.
