Second tume staying at the hotel in a span of two weeks both 3days and 2night. First go round it was alright. Second stay they didn't want to provide towels for some odd reason. I asked repeatedly and was lied to or for better words was put off repeatedly. There was no room service which i didnt mind but i don't like to reuse towels and all I asked for was new ones twice a day and they can collect the used ones when they switched out. If they dont like to provide extra towels they should say so in the overview. Highly disappointed with the service. Unless it's the only hotel that's available I will not be staying here again. Everyone has there preferences clean towels are mine.

There is no TV streaming. No available apps on TV to access personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. They only gave us 1 face towel and 2 bath towels for 2 adults, they were very skimpy on the towels. Everything is done through app. Front desk person will direct you to app for all services. A condo and not a hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Only valet parking. Beach is not walking distance.

Good rooms but zero service. You are on your own if you stay at this hotel. Convenient location and you can park on the streets around it for free overnight.

Good location with spacious rooms. Make sure you get your free room cleaning as I wasn’t told and had to find out through the reviews (cleaning service isn’t included every day)

I had terrible experience with this hotel I had to leave after one night Terrible staff I paid for a room with kitchenette place to sit except bed and nice patio and what I got ugly patio no chairs in a room no kitchenette dirty walls I had to pay in advance for valet parking for 4 nights I spent one night and they said there is no such a thing like refund for parking They also said-staff of hotel that we should blame Expedia for everything what happened and I think is true You showed me totally different pictures of that room I’d like to get some kind of refund
