The properties OK not quite as good as the pictures front desk, lady, rude, and treats people with an unapproachable attitude. Heard the restaurant was good, but didn’t eat there. Pool area has mold overall not impressed.

Not for us

We thought the area was fine. Walking distance to a park that was filled with families on the weekend. Walking to stores and restaurants was easy. Parking is $30 a day but it’s in/out all day. Our room was missing the TV remote and washcloths. We had 2 towels for a 5 night stay. Our bottom sheet had a green (ink?) stain about the size of a quarter. That involved 3 different trips down to the lobby. I reported the remote through the app. It was brought up to us in a timely manner. The desk manager did give us more towels and 2 washcloths. The sheet replacement was delivered to our door. We had to change the bottom sheet and remake the bed. The sheets are very cheap and did not fit our king bed. It came off during the night (or really as soon as you sat on it) and had to be stretched (wasn’t easy) on each night. You have to download their app and use your phone in the elevator to get to your floor and to open your door. You can use a code but that wasn’t working. Don’t get into the elevator without having the unlock ready because your phone probably won’t work in the elevator. The walls are thin. We will not be staying here or any Sonder property again.

So first no microwave 2 them don't clean the room on tell you leave i stay there for 5 days and 4 nights if i need my room clean i have to pay extra extra money i have to ask for extra toilets i really don't recommend this to anyone i asked can my room by change NO WHAT EVER U GET WHAT'S IS IT THEM CAN'T CHANGE IT. SO THIS WAS NOT REALLY HOTEL WAS MORA LIKE CONDE OH APARTMENT. The restaurant was good but otherwise nope never again.

I loved staying here, my room was great and the location of the hotel is very walkable to many shops and restaurants. The pool was the only disappointment, it looked nothing like the pictures which im sure are of another property

Love the hotel very clean and staff supper friendly. Much of the checkin and check out process is electronic and very user friendly on the app. The area gives mixed reviews as one end has a lot homeless and the north end has residential, but heading west it was beautiful scenery all the way to the beach. But overall I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 4 days. After room service and cleaning was not completed the first day, I asked to have room service and was told that there was an additional $20 per day to have my room cleaned. And I had to make a “room cleaning” reservation 24 hours in advance. This is the first time in any hotel I have stayed that they charge additionally to have your room cleaned. They offered to bring clean towels at no charge, but they never made it to my room.
