The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the check-out employee was quite rude. She spent the entire time on her phone and didn’t acknowledge the guest at all. Beside that, the stay was comfortable.

Last minute stay

The hotel was picked as a last minute stay due to issues with Air BNB. It was in a convenient location. The toom was updated recently but the shower didn’t work very well. The handle Just kept spinning. Maintenance offered to fix it only 20 mins before check out so the housekeeping staff was nice and showed me how to work it to at least get our showers. The elevator is “new” however the floor was messed up And was cracking, felt like I was gonna fall through. They ended up shutting it down. The free hot breakfast was good. It adds a nice touch to the stay. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Overall, I can see us staying here again

early in the morning there was a flood in the bathroom. Water was flowing from the ceiling. I called the reception and told them about it. They told me that there was no other room and that was it. It was impossible to go to the toilet. I had to run to the Lower Hall to the toilet all morning (since I have stomach problems). I was very inconvenienced. I think they should give me my money back for my stay.

stayed at this hotel over Presidents Day weekend and booked a King room. My flight arrived late, and I was told the hotel had overbooked King rooms, so I was placed in a double-bed room. The front desk agent was polite and offered to switch me in the morning, but I chose to stay put to avoid moving my belongings. The fourth floor had a terrible smell—like mildew, vomit, and dirty diapers. Despite that, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door in the morning because I don’t like anyone entering my room. After spending the day at the beach, I returned at 10 PM to find my "Do Not Disturb" sign gone and my key not working. The night auditor claimed no one was staying in room 411. After explaining my situation, he informed me that I had been moved to a King room and my belongings had been transferred—without my consent or notification. Worse, my expensive medicated shampoo and soap were missing. It was now nearly 11 PM, and I had no way to replace my toiletries. The night auditor was unable to reach housekeeping and offered no real solutions. I had to walk to a gas station, which didn’t have what I needed. When I finally got to my new room, the shower wouldn’t work. The night auditor’s instructions were incorrect, and I had to call him again to fix it. The hotel’s shampoo left my hair dry and damaged. Next morning, I went to speak with the manger, told he was on vacation. manager being unavailable during a holiday weekend is unacceptab

Couldn’t get past the smell of the room !

The hotel was itself was fine ..the room was the biggest issue….the room smelled so bad mildew , mold and was musty ..woke up both morning with splitting headache. We were in room 506. It also needs a new bulb in the bathroom… The maids were great as was the breakfast but …the room wasn’t ..they need to clean the rugs and dry it well…

Very well located, right by I-95 makes it convenient. The staff is friendly; but slow at times. Breakfast is bland and unappetizing; but the worse was the room carpet. Once I was bare footed, my soles would get a nasty black stain just by taking a few steps. The feeling as I walked around the room was that the carpet was soaked with some kind of sticky muddy stuff. Actually, I had to clean and wipe my feet with a towel to clean my feet and get in bed. The room looks outdated and worn out. Every time someone opened a faucet in other room, I could clearly hear it. Change or clean that carpet, it felt gross.
