Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The only Complaint was the Very Expensive Cost of Food and Drinks! We would walk up the Street and get Food/Drinks at half the cost of the B Resort.

While the facilities are fairly new, not modern, but recently rennovated, the team behaves more akin to an Inn in the 1800. We were particularly shocked with Supervisor Penny - unfriendly, sour, rude, even to her colleague. The Hotel did also not have an adapter or charger for european guests. Excellent beach front.

Great place for our night stay before our cruise, dinner options without leaving the property. Only issue we had was we asked for waters and additional coffees and they brought up extra towels and shampoo, we think they got the wrong room. Overall pleasant experience at B Ocean. The valet parking cost was $55/night PLUS taxes which to pretty expensive on top of resort fees that are not included in the nightly rates. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. Wasn’t able to enjoy the mermaid show because tickets sold out quickly. You also to pay for a ticket for the show. Walkable distance to many restaurants.

It was very close to the ocean. Parking is $55 a day to valet or self park access the street. It has a nice heated pool, but no jacuzzi, the best part is it’s you can walk up to the beach

Good mattress… the suite is an odd set up because the TV is on a wall that you cannot see from the sitting area, so there’s nothing to do in the sitting area other than sit on the sofa and look out the window…the bar area is over by door and no where near sitting room. This tv arrangement annoying for a full family sharing a room. The room itself was nice except there was some sort of weird plastic film all over the wood frame in the bed. They gave the impression of facelift but not firm makeover.Other than that the room was very nice. The facilities themselves looked like they’ve been refreshed and updated in some areas. My kids loved the pool to beach area with a wide range of activities. The food at the pool was rather delicious. Burgers were juicy, wings were crisp, fries were seasoned, etc. all staff was helpful and friendly.

I had to come back 5x to extend my stay one day and they even locked me out of my room 2x and had to have security accompany me to my room to rather than give me a new key even though they had just seen my ID half an hour earlier and knew me by name. The bartenders were sullen and unhelpful telling guests they couldn't order food at the bar even though the hotel was telling guests they could. I stayed in the tower which had very nice rooms but the carpet and the 10 minute walk to my room with luggage was painful. The drinks were watered down. In general the place just had the feel of not being excited to have to serve you.

The property was expensive, the dining overly expensive for mediocre food, the room had a funky smell. Next time, I'll choose a different venue.
