We were charged an early check in fee, given a room that was already taken....I'm pregnant so I had to walk all the way back downstairs to the desk to get a new room. Our new room was right next to the ice machine that people use all night long. Then at breakfast, we were charged for items we didn't order and the waitress acted like she didn't speak English so she couldn't fix it and we had to pay it.....when I check out I tried to tell the man at the front desk but he was "too busy to talk".

I was disappointed with the resort actually. I think the photos make it look better than it is. I paid extra for a balcony but it had a screen on it that made it difficult to see the beach when seated. It was loud and too many kids. I never was able to get into either pool as there was always a ton of kids. The private beach was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the location was good. The bar that was advertised wasn't open so we didn't see the mermaids.

First we had to wait and call down to the front desk for Towels and Bathroom Shampoo and Bodywash many times for they finally a few hours later it came to the room. Also walking out the lobby we almost got hit by there Valet drivers taking customers cars and we watched one of there drivers hit a sign in a customers car he got of the car and just walked away did not even look to see the damage. The rooms were not clean stains on the sheets. I would rather pay more money for a better hotel

Loved how close to beach the property was. There was construction vehicles operating on the beach from sun up to sun down so the constant noise made relaxing very difficult.
