Paid nearly 600 for ocean view, room was far right with the resorts other building blocking half the view. No ice available to bring to your room, no microwave in room. The room wasnt anything special, beds seemed small. $600 for 2 nights. To top it off the hotel itself charged me an extra $100 for resort fee. Overall $700 for 2 days. I’m a single mom on a budget if you have money to splurge then go for it but if for this price you can have a better experience. Valet is 55 a day on top of it all.

This property is over priced for its outdated rooms and appearance. The rooms are not clean and everything looks old and dirty.

Property sits on private beach which is nice. Room was dirty upon arrival with vomit in toilet. Air conditioning would not cool below 73 and remained humid in the room. It appeared as though othere rooms on the property were better maintained and the 3rd building close tobthe beach is not well maintained. The staff at the bar inside ignored us and we never received service

Long story, short, it’s not worth the money because it is not worth the value for what they advertise themselves to be. They claim to be luxurious, but yet there was a dirty cup in the balcony of my first room that I got switched to the penthouse floor, and there were two giant roaches. I had to be moved twice and the last time at two in the morning. They compensated me with free breakfast and the staff was pleasant with helping me switch rooms but when I tried to reach out to the resort manager, they ignored my emails and never wrote back. It really is not worth the money the hotel behind it, I think it’s the best Western, was much cleaner and nicer. And first of all, no roaches.
