Nice view of the beach. The curtains were stained. Hair was on shower floor and wall. The toilet wasn't really clean. The tv was lower than the bed and difficult to see. Not worth the price.

I have mixed feeling about the resort but I would definitely stay here again. Pools and beach are great. Lots of places to get something to eat or drink. The rooms need updating. Not just the decor but the electrical and hvc. Air conditioning kept me awake. I don’t think I’d stay more than a weekend here. But I will be back for a stay before getting on a cruise ship.

Great stay ! Love the amenities offered especially the private beach. The food on site was all WONDERFUL. Staff very friendly especially the bartenders at the pools. Enjoyed our stay !

It was an okay stay! I rated average because there was nothing spectacular that stood out other than, location. Beach front property.. Staff were friendly! Rooms were okay, they could use some updates. Lobby area was nice and spacious. I would return for the right price but would probably check out other options such as condo rentals in the area.

Was disappointed with the service. The price is high, they don’t tell you valet is $55 per day on top of the room fee, taxes, resort fee, & service fee. and that’s your only option. Room was not cleaned. I had to call for clean towels after 2 nights and call for room to be cleaned after 4 nights. I have stayed at this property in the past when it was Sheraton Yankee clipper and did not have these issues. For the money, I would not stay here again. There are so many other options.

I will start by saying that the ocean proximity and pool were great. The lady that was handing out beach towels was the ONLY employee here that was remotely professional/nice. The front desk staffing, especially the woman working the morning shift on Sunday, October 20, 2024 was extremely rude. I sat near the front desk for over 3 1/2 hours and watched her hand out rooms to people just walking in. I had specifically requested early check in and was denied it, even after I was willing to pay. The only reason a room became available was because she said the only way I was getting one was to upgrade to the Penthouse which was WAY OVER our budget. Due to the circumstances of our travels, we really had no choice and she knew this. We ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for the Penthouse room which had awful sheets, smelled weird and had sand still all over the floor. There was no shampoo/conditioner and the remote didn't work. We were not offered any comps or discounts for the trouble. I will never stay here again!
