Stay was really good! Since my last visit they have upgraded their breakfast from a soft breakfast to a buffet which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, a big reason for booking the place (apparently it has been for 2 months) and the pool was pretty cold as it was not heated. Other than that the stay was really good! Hats off to their amazing staff.

We have stayed before and used to frequent when we lived there when the restaurant and bar were open. The only issue we had was the check in, everything was fine until the ID. I do have a passport and use this always for check in purposes but it was not good enough here as it did not show my address. As we travel often this is the first time this has occurred anywhere. We also had an issue with check in when he found out there were 3 of us in the room. When I booked the room I booked it for 3 people and my confirmation shows all these details. When I paid the damage deposit for 200.00 dollars and he found out there was a third person he became upset. I did not hide anything and he just dismissed me at this point and said it was fine but seemed to imply I should have been paying more. I did let the young lady who checked me out know as well about this unusual incident and just wanted to know what the issue may have been. The cleaning staff were very welcoming along with the young lady taking care of the breakfast and the other front desk staff were all great.

Hotel staff were great. Check in was a step above. Three problems with our room but not derious. Tub drained very slowly when showering so you were standing in water. Air conditioner cover kept falling off and ice bucket was dirty. Oh and not enough towels. All very minor issues

Small town, decent hotel, horrible managers!
We are senior citizens traveling with valuable ebikes in tow. This hotel had tons of vacant space, including unused utility rooms and unused conference rooms. The manager flatly refused to let us store the bikes ANYWHERE in the building, including in our rooms!!! And he threatened to evict us on the spot for suggesting this was unprofessional and unnecessary.
