The hotel was clean and fresh smelling. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Shower had a slow drain and some of the front desk staff were less than pleasant. Had to ask for coffee & cream to be replenished in the lobby due to many others filling large personal cups.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Loved having trash emptied and clean towels everyday. Nice employees. Wish we would have had time to go to the bar. I will say the suite was no bigger than a standard room but they crammed a small kitchen into it. I paid for a suite to have more space! I also think you need very specific and noticeable information on your website about your pet policy. Keep bags in the pet area if you want people to pick up. I bring my own but most people don’t.

The staff was great, but they didn't mention that the whole area in the back that looks like apartments are part of the hotel. Our room was smelly, in poor repair and felt like a run-down old motel room. Not the La Quinta standard that I've experienced in several other properties across the country.

Check in staff Danielle was very helpful and friendly. Room could have been slightly cleaner. Lighted mirror over the sink had some visible splatter behind the clouded area. No enter pillow or blanket in the room for the pull out.

Basic breakfast, unfortunately watched a staff member use the same cloth that she just wiped the garbage can with to wipe the counters with! Front desk staff were great! Room could have used a better cleaning. Great parking, pool looked wonderful. Reasonable rate.

We will come back!
We had 5 days at the La Quinta and generally enjoyed it - the hot tub and pools were wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet. It looks like they recently renovated and upgraded. It is a bit far from downtown Fort Collins and there is nowhere to walk from this location so you have to drive to get to restaurants. The breakfast was not great - all white bread options and powdered eggs.

It’s like the saying you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig !! This is an old hotel that they sort of remodeled!! Rooms are small, dark !! Bathroom is real small vanity was all scratched up along with the cabinet in main room. Not that clean either. Our chair was stained !! There was no restaurant!!! The only nice thing about this place is the people at front desk were friendly. The pictures of the rooms are very deceiving ! Will never stay here again !
