Staff is wonderful

Weekend couples getaway. We areeived and the room was ready. TV didnt work but they fixed it right away. Front desk wa svery helpful. We decided to come a day early so had 2 different reservations, 2 different rooms. They werent able to keep us in the same room but we expected that. The 2nd room smelled of mildew and felt like it had been closed up for a long period of time. We opened the pation door and front door and let air circulate for awhile and it helped. The entry floor was very slippery. Room worked out, bed was comfy and view was beautiful of the Noyo harbor. We checke dout and noticed we were charged for another night so i went to the office and they quickly refunded the money and were really easy to work with. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is nice and clean and in a fairly quiet location given that it is near Highway 1 and Noyo Harbor. But the view down on Noyo Harbor is really nice and very relaxingl

The heater in our room never worked we used a portable one that kept us warm. This morning we had ants by the sink and the bedside table. We had no food in the room other than a sealed container of dry roasted peanuts. We did like the convenience of the location as my sister had a place nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay, very comfortable room. We had one of the suites that had a couch and a comfortable chair, very large room. We enjoyed it. Great view of the harbor from our deck, also when checking in Timothy was very helpful and friendly. It was a really nice relaxing experience. We plan on going back.
