The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The only issue I had was the parking. The spaces were small with some of them being taken up by construction material.That was literally the only issue I had here. They have excellent coffee in the lobby.

The place was perfectly tucked into the coast with easy access to the beach and very dog friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, and we had some noisy neighbors. Other than that, the place was great. I would definitely stay again

Just returned from my solo stay for four nights at the Beachcomer Motel in Fort Bragg and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. My king room was large with a comfy bed and chair, lots of plug-in options, appeared to be recently remodeled with nice furniture, lamps and mirrors. No daily housekeeping, which I preferred, but easy to call and get anything that was needed. Sunsets from my ocean view room were spectacular. I’ll be back!

Nice room with beautiful view
I would stay in this hotel over and over again. I stayed on the 2nd floor. If you are on the bottom floor, I am not sure how much of a view you can get. I wish there were a 3rd floor so as a solo female traveler, I would feel safer keeping the sliding door open to hear the ocean. You cannot beat the view. There is a coastal trail that you can walk. There are enough restaurants and things to do. I stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay longer. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Downtown Fort Bragg has a little shopping center that you can walk for boutique stores. There is also a Safeway, CVS within driving distance. 5 stars for sure!!

At the beachcomber, each room has an ocean view. And what a view! The room was laid out well and immaculate. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Out a week long trip in California, this was the best place we stayed.
