Hotel was clean and quiet despite being quite busy. The young lady who prepared the breakfast did an EXCELLENT job. She pays attention to detail and it shows. The food was perfect.
This hotel was located right off of I-40. It was easy to find. The area is well-maintained.
Check-in was slow due to computer issues. We were also unable to connect to WiFi for several hours. We did eventually connect and service was fine.
The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Our biggest complaint was that the AC was adequate at best. We had it set at 68° and it should have been chilly but it was barely comfortable. The room also had a very musty smell.
Breakfast was good. Beverly did a great job keeping the area clean and the food stocked.
It was an ok place to stay, but I would have expected a bit better for a Hilton brand.
