Beautiful property, handy shuttle to downtown. A little pricey when it comes to all the extra fee's they tack on.

The room was nice and good view of the water. Housekeeping was horrible! We got there on Thursday did not get clean coffee cups until Sunday they didn’t make the bed r pick up dirty cups and glasses. Then Sunday night when we got back to room at midnight we could not get in our room because the battery on the door needed to be change. It took a hour and a half to get in our room and had to wait the next day until they changed the battery. They did not comp anything for our troubles. I will. Not stay here again.

I liked the shuttle service to downtown. The driver of the shuttle was very nice and helpful.

There were a few things that made my experience poor. Room service didn’t clean the room everyday and only brought towels . At the pool the staff M ignored my family and I when we tried to request drinks . She intentionally turned her head and pretended we’re there . At the end she made sure to acknowledge that gratuity is included .
