Nice stay
The hotel has good amenities, and fantastic meals. Staff was very nice and friendly (every single person I interacted with). On the other hand, the hotel looks a bit dated and would be nice to refresh it or even simple things as making sure the pools are really clean, the mats on the pool floor looks nice and things like that. Also, great job being mindful about COVID.

Lugar ótimo para descansar, respirar ar puro, pois é cercado pela floresta, pela serra. E a água termal do resort é ótima, muito relaxante. O resort está com estrutura necessitando de melhorias nos aposentos, nas piscinas internas e também nas trilhas da mata. As refeições são ótimas, considero pouca variedade de pratos, mas oferece o suficiente, e mais importante, de muita qualidade, com muito sabor!

Único problema que tivemos é que a piscina dedicada a saúde (que era exatamente o objetivo da estadia) não possui profissional fiscalizando o ambiente, havendo conversas altas e permanência irregular de crianças.
