This is a wonderful hotel. Great, multilingual staff. Great views from the room. Great breakfast. Perfect. It’s a jewel in the center of Floripa.

O hotel é bonito e bem avaliado, porém a experiência com o quarto que eu tive não foi de um hotel 4 estrelas. O atendimento na recepção foi muito cortês, e informou que por ser minha primeira estadia eu ganharia um upgrade cortesia. Pra minha surpresa negativa, o quarto estava bastante datado (quarto 330). Cortinas manchadas, cabelo na cama, banheiro com avarias na parede, formigas no chão do box, pote de shampoo do hóspede anterior deixado no banheiro... A cama era confortável e pra 1 noite só foi suficiente. Mas realmente não foi a experiência que eu estou acostumado em hotéis dessa categoria.

Boa experiência no geral, mas atenção à limpeza.
A estadia no Hotel Faial foi geralmente positiva, com boa localização e atendimento. No entanto, o primeiro quarto alocado apresentava problemas de limpeza, com mofo visível nas paredes e cabelos na cama. Após solicitarmos a troca, fomos prontamente atendidos e o novo quarto estava impecável. Apesar do contratempo inicial, recomendamos o hotel, mas sugerimos atenção à limpeza dos quartos.

Ótimo atendimento
Ótimo atendimento. Nosso voo foi cancelado e o hotel prontamente nos ajudou quando precisamos permanecer no hotel por mais algumas horas. Nossa estadia foi de sexta para sábado e era possível ouvir barulho da rua (Veiculos) e de uma balada ou bar ao longe. Pra quem se incomoda com barulho para dormir, é bom verificar o quarto que vai ficar. Não nos atrapalhou.
