Villa Neroli, Florence: A Peaceful Retreat with Minor Shortcomings Villa Neroli is a delightful haven in a quiet residential area of Florence, perfect for those seeking a tranquil escape from the city’s busy center. The serene location ensures peace and quiet, yet restaurants are within walking distance, and the villa offers outstanding dining options. The staff’s friendliness and efficiency were highlights of the stay. They made transportation hassle-free by arranging cabs and providing arrival times and cab details. However, a few minor issues stood out: • Room Amenities: The lack of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient. • Laundry Service: Requested laundry service was not completed, even after a two day trip to Switzerland. • Cleanliness: Dust on the floors throughout the stay suggested rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned. • Noise Levels: As occupancy increased, noise from other guests became noticeable through the walls, and a barking dog on the last day disrupted the calm atmosphere. Overall, Villa Neroli offers excellent dining, friendly service, and a peaceful setting. With improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and noise management, it could become even better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Neroli. Free and secure parking made it a great choice to take the public bus into Florence for a day of walking around to see the sights. Breakfast was exceptional, including homemade honey!

Quiet getaway tucked in Florence. It was far enough from the city to enjoy the quiet, but also close enough to experience the heart of Florence. Great amenities and breakfast, and the staff was a pleasure. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was incredibly polite! The property was clean and had many state of the art features. They have a full service restaurant on the property. We liked the hotel because there was a king size bed option. It was alittle far from all the tourist attractions, but they would call a taxi and it would be there quick.

On the outskirts of Florence so out of the hoards of tourists and traffic. Only downside is you need a bus or taxi to avoid walking the 2.5 miles on busy streets. But really liked the location for it’s quiet neighborhood.
