The grounds, pool and terrace were beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Seemingly simple amenities like coffee and tea were assessed as extra charges, the shuttle shut down at inconvenient hours and some of the staff acted as though they were doing us a favor with their service. Not at all the level of service of a 5 star hotel.

This is the most amazing hotel and we can not wait to return and stay again. They treated us like true VIP’s and we were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite! We felt like royalty and it made our stay in Florence very special. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful - Villa Cora is truly a very special hotel.

This hotel is exquisitely beautiful with painted ceilings and antique furniture. It has been immaculately restored. The staff are mostly very helpful and charming. The grounds are delightful with a lovely swimming pool

Villa Cora is a fantastic property that looks and feels like many palaces I have visited! Amazing pool that made all the difference and is just what you need after a warm day exploring the city. If you are looking at traveling to Florence, stop looking, you need to stay here. Stay at any other property and you’ve missed an opportunity to have a unique experience at an amazing place in Florence.
