This waa a very new and interesting place. Lots of activity going on and great facilities. The pool and view from the rooftop are exceptional. The free laundry is a great amenity that I really appreciated. I had a few issues with the housekeeping. The floor wasn't vacuumed well and the didn't leave water for a couple of the days. It's a pretty good walk to get into the center and getting rides is difficult and expensive, just something to consider if you don't want to walk allot.

When you first arrive the lobby area is quite nice and I was hopeful for an enjoyable stay. The women helping to check me in was also helpful and someone recommended a great restaurant I enjoyed. However, the hallways to the rooms, and the room itself were very unexpected. If felt more like a hostel and the room was very empty with nothing on the walls etc. The window only had a black out curtain and no privacy drapes so often the room was dark. No bed side table on one side and the other side was tiny. The bathroom is dark and lacking anywhere to store things. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything all night long. The AC was not very efficient so I did not sleep well. For the price of the room, this was a disappointing stay. On check out, the young man assisting was quite rude and unhelpful. Definitely areas for improvement!!

Amazing hotel but a bit far out of city

The hotel was so amazing but wish it was closer to centre, luckily has tram stop outside so wasn’t too bad. The hotel itself is lovely and super modern. Only other thing I’m gutted the pool and the roof terrace wasn’t open yet due to construction

amazing accommodation. Almost brand new building, The size was a bit small but everything was perfact. 4stops by a tram T2 to the tourist centre. friendly staff, spacious lounge and dining area. A simple but good breakfast. I am happy to stay here if I come back to Florence.

Clean, modern & large rooms

We enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Belfoire. Tram stop right outside (although can be very busy at times) which is really convenient to take you closer to the old town, around a10 minute journey. Easy walking distance from the train station (or you can jump in the tram). Very modern clean hotel with large rooms.

The hotel is very clean and in good condition - añmost new. Easy check in and check out, staff friendly, the down side it is far away from the main attractions about 25-30 mins walk
