Horrible check in process and terrible front desk. Rooms are clean but there is no shower door so water splashes everywhere. Breakfast staff was much better and breakfast was good.

Nice property, well kept and quite busy with students. It seems to be a co-working/student housing type hotel but kind of makes it fun. The rooftop bar was open but the staff weren’t the best and don’t expect a heated pool. Rooms were nice and so were the bathrooms. More modern and stylish than what we typically saw at more of the rustic style Italy hotels.

My stay was short, but I chose this property for all the amenities it offers. I wish I had taken advantage of it but did not have the time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable although my sink would not drain and I didn't feel like the room temperature was adjusting to what I wanted it set to.

My young adult children were trapped in a faulty elevator for a ridiculous amount of time when we were heading to bed our first night. Extremely hot and staff took their time to get them out. Had to locate water from machine b cause they wouldn’t provide when they got out, dehydrated! We’re passive and it was the worst experience at any hotel we have ever stayed at. They were ill for days and ruined their first experience in Florence. Checked out that night. Didn’t sleep there at all and they refused to refund us after this experience.

This hotel is fun and youthful with all types of travellers (young and old) and has a view from the roof top bar which is remarkable. I loved it and will recommend to all. The hotel is big so there could be a lot of walking

Very chilled out placed to stay
It was really relaxed, staff very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant menu was a little limited, but what was on offer was excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near by. My only minor complaint was it was too hot outside, but the staff couldn't do much about that :)
