Maid service didn’t make our bed, only replaced the trash bags and put in new towels. Had lots of trouble with my electronic room key and had to get it reserviced and still had trouble. Had to use my wife’s key for the rest of the trip.

The outside of the property, lobby, and halls are all very nice and appear to be new. The room itself was very good, but some decor choices (specifically the pink coat hooks, shelf, and clothes hanger) date the room and don't really match anything else in the hotel in my opinion. The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent. Overall, this hotel is a great pricepoint for what you get and if I were to go back to Florence, I'd rent a room here again over any of the others.

I was unable to adjust the thermostat. It would revert back to a colder temperature on its own. Had to turn it off entirely to be able to sleep somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Very limited variety and what was there was cold and tasteless. Will not return to this hotel.
