The hotel was great and clean. Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We received a couple of restaurant suggestions in the area when we asked for a more local experience. We were also given a quick guide on what to see around the city. Overall great experience.

I have visited Florence many times and this is now my favourite, my go to hotel. The hotel is first rate in every aspect, in part of an old converted convent set in its own grounds I particularly like the neighbourhood; quiet, non touristy, but with good restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Great property away from the crowds. That meant some extended walks to our destinations but it was worth it to us, particularly to see unexplored parts of Florence. Breakfast exceeded expectations in variety and quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and everything else extremely clean. Bar tender made a great Negroni. Would definitely stay here again.
