No greeted at check in counter. We stood waiting while the two employees talked and typed at one computer. Waiting isn’t the issue. An acknowledgment and a few words is a normal expectation at check in. And we chose this hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed due to heater issue.

The rooms we were checked into was never made found hair in the sheets, and the other room we were transferred too a tiny bit better, but bathroom smelled as if it was never cleaned. Our keys for the second room didn't work, and had to go 3 times up and down to figure that out, only to be a given a master apparently to all of the rooms which can open any door. I am wondering how often that happens.

Great hotel off I95 real close to Buc-ees. The only thing I'm upset is with Expedia who charged me $180 but when I got my checkout receipt it said $140. Expedia shoild be better than that!!!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay iroom was clean breakfast was great the only problem was we couldn’t use the pool because the air was out in the room and the heat index was 106 so a glass room with a pool inside and no ac was insanely hot

This is the 6th time we stayed at this hotel. Twice this week coming and going from our destination. Both times the same person was at the desk at check in. She did not greet us, never in any way was friendly. Clearly not suited for customer service. Really doubt we will stay there sgain.

The staff were very friendly and the location is convenient to I-95 when you need a quick rest stop. However the hotel lacked basic housekeeping. Hair in bed and shower, carpet sticky, dirt in corners of bathroom, etc. Hallway annd breakfast area had dirty floors and walls. Hotel needs a deep clean and some general maintenance. Would not stay here again.

King suite was nice, more room for my toddler to run around in. Love that they provided a crib, although we had a pack n play, we didn’t have to unpack that. Wish the pool was heated was a bit cold. Breakfast was the normal you get at most hotels.
