Excellent Italian buffet breakfast. Large groups of organized tours were checking in and out, and taking up elevators and crowded common areas, but for the most part that was not an issue. The room with a view of the river for which I paid extra was a misnomer because the trees obstruct the view, but the room faces a few lanes of traffic that makes it too noisy to get a good night sleep. However, we were promptly and easily moved to a quiet side of the building on our request and lost only one night of sleep..

Staff we’re great AC is unregulated and challenging as the room was consistently hot Bathroom was very narrow and the shower doors were a poor design Room safe was broken the hotel attempted to fix it but remained inoperable Overall a poor experience given the almost $300 Euro/night

Great Florence Location
Great hotel with very friendly staff in a great location to explore Florence. Florence is a very walkable city and the hotel’s location is a short walk to anywhere in the city.

The service is great and the restaurant has good food, the rooms; however, are out dated and the walls are very thin. Queen sized beds are not at all that, it is simply two twins joined together. Their AC is not the greatest and you are about 25 min walking from the Old Town section. Aside from a park across the street, there is nothing in this area. For the price, you can stay somewhere closer to the actual town.

The service at the Hotel was very poor , the rooms were average nothing to be exited about it . Breakfast was ok food was nothing special . Very high price for the property , really far, walking distance 30 min to the city center.
