The room #[40 was disgusting. Our feet literally stuck to the floors there was missing outlet cover, wires hanging out of the heating and cooling unit dirty lampshades dirty walls. The unit needs painting the tile is so dirty in the bathroom. I doubt it would come clean and it’s just overall disgusting.

Check in and Location issues

Check in was difficult. Two people working, no one else in lobby. No one wanted to check me in. Finally, one started helping me but was talking to a friend on her phone and requesting a food delivery. They were both very rude and not helpful. Hotel did not seem to be in a good area either. Lots of vehicle traffic in and out of the hotel and other guests at the hotel were outside walking alongside the rooms and talking loud all night long. We ended up leaving the hotel at 3am as no one could sleep. It was awful.

The breakfast offered was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to access it was easy getting in and out for food of which was relatively close by. Would definitely stay again.

The first two rooms were not ready (bed not made), the third room did not have a chair, the desk light was not working, several electrical outlets were not working, the iron was not working, two cockroaches in the bathtub. Never going to stay there again!

Room was ok, considering the cost. Clean, comfortable. The Service was terrible. When checking in, they refused to open the door to allow us in out of the bitter cold evening. Instead made us stand outside behind 2” of bullet proof glass and speaking only softly through a small tray opening. She worked slowly, prolonging the check in process.

I am not able to rate my stay at this hotel at this time because I was told that I could not pay for my room with cash. Although I booked my room online and it clearly stated that I could pay at the property, the attendant that night refused to take cash from me.So I cancelled my stay at that time, and checked in to another hotel.
