The hotel was missing a lot of things or items were broken. Sink faucet was broken, towels were not provided in the rooms and were not available for 3 days. What were we suppose to shower with? Then guest were informed to put towel on the ground outside the room (on cement) for replacements. Breakfast machines were broken. Roaches were present and sheets were stained. The list goes on.

Customer service was good...but room needed to be worked on...hole in bathroom wall, light fixture over sink filled with dead insects..room needed a new paint job, low water pressure, I did see a bug..I always bring my own bug and disinfectant spray...overall it was ok stay..but the rooms desperately need a overhaul!!

Worse stay we had at a hotel ever
There was hardly any lights that worked . There was unfinished repairs made to ceiling and walls . The ac control on the wall was hanging and not functioning. The mattress was so worn out the head was lower than than the feet . The entire hotel smelled like pot smoking . This was entirely unacceptable. We had no choice but to stay as we were out of town and nothing else was available

Ive stayed here many times before. The lady that usually check me in was leaving as i checked in at 3pm. The new lady lied. I reserved King room downstairs. She said they were sold out. Once i questioned my pre-paid reservation she changed. Once i arrived in room 121 the air-conditioneer knob was broke. The second morning of my stay i was awakened by housekeeping saying check-out is 9am. This is definitely not true and we dont appreciate the nonrequested wakeup!

No tub, just a shower base. That would have been ok, but the shower curtain hung above it so the floor flooded and there was nothing you could do about it. This also meant you had to step out of the shower into a huge puddle and slippery floor.
Coffee pot missing. Toilet paper holder fell out of wall.
They forgot to put a blanket on one of the beds.
