Super Amazing!

Amazing! Amazing! We came to Cincinnati area to celebrate my wife/s birthday. The experience at your hotel was 15 on a scale of 10! Our room was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom (thank you, Grace who prepared our room). The check-in was effortless (thank you Stephanie and Chastity for your cheerful courtesy). The evening food was tasty and plentiful. The morning breakfast was totally over the top in variety and quality. Every staff person we met was super friendly and helpful. Bottom line, we could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Without question, we will return!

Waited at the front counter to check in for 20 minutes qith nobody in sight. Then went to grab dinner and drinks at the bar, sat there while the "bartender" looked straight at us multiple times over about 15 minutes and then walked away without even acknowledging us or asking if he could get us anything. Fire alarm went off for no reason even though it was not super late in the evening still annoying. After talking to other people that have been staying for more than one night they said it was an ongoing thing.

We would stay there again. It was the most comfortable bed ive slept in, in a hotel ever! Good food. Good drink. Comfortable atmosphere. Great staff! Always had a great experience staying at any drury hotel.

New hotel it was our second time staying there about six weeks apart The lobby outside the elevator was a disaster and there was popcorn inside the elevator everywhere but other than that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The linens are new and clean, and the property is in excellent condition.

Superseded my expectations.

Wow. Blown away by the extras. Of course morning breakfast, but dinner and adult beverages($1) select. They have the onsite restaurant which was also a nice add at additional charge. I didn’t mind that because everything else was included. This is a new build 7 months old, so hotel is well maintained. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Great, other than the automatic fire alarm

Our stay was wonderful, other than having the automatic fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning and having to wait for the fire dept.come to shut it off and waiting outside in the middle of the night. I was surprised they didnt offer some sort of compensation for such a disruption of sleep. It was still a great stay and id definitely stay at another drury hotel.
