This hotel exceeded my expectations. The place was extremely clean, including all the amenities (pool and hot tub, breakfast and dinner buffet), the staff went out of their way to show hospitality to all guests and were very attentive overall. I brought my daughters to ski at Perfect North which was 30 minutes from the hotel, but because of the exceptional hotel reviews it was well worth it! I will definitely be back!

This was a great property and continently close to dining options around Florence but only 20 mins from downtown and also Anderson township. Loved the kick back with drinks for $1 and free dinner. That was a surprise to us first time we have stayed somewhere with those options. Dinner menu was different both nights we were there. Pool and fitness area were nice also. Room was clean no issues. Front desk staff was readily available came around and checked on guest to make sure stay was going okay. Would stay her here again!

My family could not be happier. Nice rooms, well maintained pool and very nice amenities. I didn't like the bed but the 6 other people I was travelling with said the beds were great. I really liked the amount of space for sitting for meals, a nice place to connect with our group. Showers were very nice.

The only improvement I would recommend is better snow clean up in the parking lot. There was very minimal parking spots that were accessible due to snow and it’s important to remember not all clients are from an area with snow. Otherwise, this was an amazing stay and we’ll be back!

The hotel was very good. Well run, good condition (and new), and friendly staff took care of the amenities. Very minor nitpicky things, like the bathroom door clicked/closed noisily (bothered some in our family during the night), the "floor beeps" in the elevator were annoyingly loud. (See how hard I had to try to come up with any negative things?) This was a very good hotel, and we would stay here again without hesitation!

We stayed in an affordable, spacious two room suite with an appealing modern decor. The amenities are excellent including a free happy hour with food every evening and free breakfast in the morning. There is also a bar and restaurant open until midnight. And, a well equipped work out room that is open 24/7. This is now my preferred place to stay while traveling.
