Nobody there to help you check in. The check in process is quite confusing. Sending message usually get no response. The only time we saw a staff member was a lady coming to collect money. One day we even have no electric power.

The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was small but was fine for us. It was nice to have a lift. The self service breakfast was actually nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Top-notch location, close to everything. Room was cozy. Bathroom was a bit tight, but manageable. It can get loud outside but didn’t bother us. View from window was the Duomo which was amazing. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were great and the espresso coffee was the best. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful place, top location, top service

Not a fancy hotel but extraordinary in every way. Just what we needed. Best location in town, walkable, clean, comfortable rooms, cozy bed, many amenities, breakfast included, etc etc. Special thanks to Roberta for making our stay enjoyable !

The location is great, but this is not a real hotel, it is rather an apartment turned into 4/5 separate rooms. However, when we were there it was very quiet. You have to self-serve in the kitchen for breakfast. Also, host was not there when I arrived, it was not clear on which floor the place was and I had to be on the phone with him to be able to enter the apartment and then the room. Despite this, the rooms is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is tiny.

Proprietor helpful when I reached out. Accommodation comfortable, but there were mosquitoes. A warning about opening window with those around would be helpful. A band and thronging tourists were noisy all night long, and we were late arriving due to airline losing our luggage. It was a trying first day in Italy, and this was not the fault of this accommodation. A remote innkeeper can’t offer comfort though.

We loved our stay at this property, the apartment was clean, close to everything, the self checkin was very easy, honestly only complain would be the building facilities but it is understandable because of how old is the building. Overall we loved it

i would return in a heartbeat! this place is one block from the duomo. communal kitchen was a big plus. host and his mom couldn't have been nicer. very clean and so conveniently located

Very satisfied stay.

Location is excellent but a little difficult to find at first. Bed is a little bit hard. Snacks and self service breakfast was really nice. It's noisy at night though until about 11pm due to close proximity to Duomo. So bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Fabulous position right next to the Duomo, and 10 mins walk from train station. All the main attractions are within 5mins walk. Lots of things to see and do. Loads of shops nearby. Breakfast is limited due to owner living off site. What is provided is good, but we ended up going to one of the very local cafes to get fresh take away brioche in the mornings. The ensuite bathrooms are on the small side but are very clean and tidy. Good amount of toiletries provided. Owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was very helpful, and was easily contactable if needed.

The location was great. It was a last minute booking arrived about 10 pm and owner meet us at hotel when we arrived, gave us the the key and showed us everything in the room. The room was very up to date for being an old building.

Nice hotel close to every attraction areas

This B&B is close to all the tourists attractions, shops, restaurants etc... you will never get board in that area! I will definitely stay there again.

First time at Florence

B&B in the very centre of Florence, could not ask for a better location. The sheer excellence of location (around the corner from the Duomo) meant it was a bit noisy sometimes but the rooms were comfortable and decent sized. Simple breakfast was also served daily. Good value for money.
