The hotel was unique in its decor and amenities. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The common areas in the hotel were well decorated and a nice Library/Music room. Uffizi Gallery and Duomo were about 15 minutes walk.

The design was a little unconventional for my normal hotel selection. But I really enjoyed artsy, avant-garde decor. The rooms for spacious very clean great water pressure Love the second sink in the room only thing we could work on is softer pillows, but other than that, the bedding and bed were great. The staff were so delightful, stress free secured parking garage. The neighborhood amazing!

This hotel was within walking distance of Florence train station in downtown area. It can be hard to get a taxi in this area so we were very happy hotel was a short walk. It’s a very nice place and near everything .

I'll be back!
The service was exceptional. The staff was the nicest and so helpful. The hotel had fantastic food, spa, and a cinema. They even threw a party celebrating famed butcher,Dario Cecchini. He opened a restaurant in the hotel. There was a Dj and complimentary food and wine. The location was also excellent!

Great location and a unique vibe
The lobby is beautiful and the hotel is very unique. It is walking distance from all the sites in Florence. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we got bitten up by mosquitoes in the room.

Although the heaven vs. hell styling is kind of hokey, 25 Hours is a fine hotel with good location, nice breakfast and decent rooms. No, it’s not a five star experience but 4.5 is pretty close.

Such a chic and unique property in the perfect Florence location. I am shocked at the number of reviews where people are horrified and triggered by the Devil rooms. What did you think you were reserving? The decor is absolutely fabulous and creative. Every inch of the hotel is a work of art. We loved it.

Wow! We love this hotel. So inventive and fun. The wearable angel wings in our room were a big hit, as was the extraordinary attention to detail in the room, the hallways and all of the common areas. It has a good little gym, an exceptional breakfast and a high-quality Inn functioning outdoor sauna. Our room also had a delightful balcony overlooking a green space at the back of the property. We will be back.

Interesting hotel. common floor is very well done in an eclectic mix of funky and traditional with solarium containing real and fake plants The rooms are interesting- one floor is a heaven theme and the other hell. Had the white room. Bed was comfortable, decor unusual, balcony overlooked more gardens. Shower great in the second room (switched rooms due to shower flooding into room) and a sink inside the water closet and outside.
