Cassandra front desk gave my reserved room away then had a very nasty attitude about it after all the frustration finally was accomendated a room kids were loud on the halfway at 2am fire alarms going off nest experience the housekeeper kinya was AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING very accommodating as well overall experience 1 housekeeping a 10

Bumped from room with no notice

My wife and I booked a king suite with jetted tub and fireplace. When we got to the hotel they asked if we wanted a second of third floor room. I informed him we had a king suite with a jetted tub and he told us that the third party we went through must of made a mistake and booked us a king with a pull out sofa. I showed him our confirmation that we had indeed booked a king with jetted tub and he then said hotel management had bumped us from our room. No one bothered to reach out to us to inform us of the change prior to our arrival.

Our room was not the cleanest. I pulled out the desk chair and there were crumbs and a cough drop on it. Under the desk had not been vacuumed. Then mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The edges of the carpet close to the wall was not vacuumed. This hotel could use some updates. The road noise was terrible. We got very little sleep.
