The night manager honored our booking and were very kind with a genuine smile. The breakfast was tasty and well stocked. The breakfast attendant was not very friendly, or accommodating and was a little sarcastic when asked about the refrigerated items yogurt and fruit

Amazing stay, very clean
We had a small group traveling together to visit NY and we were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were modern, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect to get to multiple areas easily and conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. I did find multiple long hairs in the bed under the sheets. Also, the dishes were unusable. I booked this hotel because of the kitchen but unfortunately, all dishes including the pots and pans were sitting in the dishwasher dirty and rusted. Even after washing them using the dishwasher, they were still unusable.

Overall for the price, this property was excellent. The kitchenette was clean and that is the number one priority for all guests. It had parking on site. The rooms were actually quite nice and spacious for the price. It was recently updated or renovated from what I have heard, so its a big plus. The only negative was the smell of marijuana outside the property. The inside of the rooms do not smell like weed. I highly recommend for families who want to stay here however, its quite nice.

We chose this BW for the space. The chandelier was coated in dust. The windowsills were dirty. The heating system sounds like a plane taking off - but we were happy with price and space. We had two levels and the added privacy when you have older teens was worth the issues above.

Review
1st night was horrible becuase paid without the deposit and asked if i could pay the next morning. Refused . Rebooked for another reservation and that went smoother than yesterday and price was way more resonable. First room was horrible, cold, water pressue was poor and Luke warm water and poor pull out mattress . Was moved to another room which was 100 percent better and comfortable for a family of 5 or 6 .

My parents stayed there for 22 nights about 2 months ago. We booked a suite and found out on the day they checked in that it’s on the 2nd floor. My mother is older and handicapped and cannot walk up those stairs. Luckily they were able to switch with somebody and move to the first floor apartment. The first floor apartment is cheaper than the upper floor suite. I asked the General Manager if we can get refunded the difference of the room cost. I was sent back and forth to Expedia because nobody could take ownership of the situation. Finally, the GM agreed to give me back $50 a night refund, which I accepted. When it came time to get the refund, after multiple email attempts, he ghosted me. This is after the GM requested I give him the pricing info from Expedia, so he knew how much to refund me. Bottom line, we overpaid for the room and paid the suite price even though they didn’t stay there. The facility itself is nice and the location is great, but the whole interaction left me very upset. We will no longer use them for my parents when they visit.
