In the middle of nowhere. More distant from the airport than expected and a 15 Euro charge for airport transportation is a shock for an "AIRPORT HOTEL". This is FALSE ADVERTISING.

The hotel is advertising amenities and services that do NOT exist! The hotel site states "shuttle service" to and from airport - wrong! The do NOT do pick up and you can only get shuttle from hotel to airport if you pay. Also, the hotel is NOT at the airport - its 15 min away, in a neighboring town. Lastly, the hotel rooms are small, no king or queen size beds and your blanket is the size of your towel. Literally! You are better off staying at 2 other hotels located right at the airport - a bit more expensive but you will not have to deal with the above.

I only stayed for 10 hours to rest between the flights so can't comment on all services. It is a 10-minute ride from the airport in a cab, rooms are tidy and comfortable. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle from the hotel is 15 euros, which is less than a cab ride. definitely recommended for layovers.

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so did not spend a lot of time here. But communication was great, self check-in was smooth and easy, the facility was clean, and plenty of space for everyone (group of 4). Had no issues with shower, appliances, beds, etc. Would highly recommend to others.

The property itself is really great. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast has a variety of option. However, the location is tricky. It is close to the airport at the border of a small village. The closest public transport station is 20 minutes away. You have to walk under the summer sun of vienna or get an uber which typically takes 15 minutes to arrive. Consider this when booking.

Very helpful Reception staff late Sunday night too
Receptionist Yvette spoke English and was most helpful on each occasion despite my repeat calls - thank you as I was very concerned about checkin issues if arriving after midnight to the hotel. Also their phone number works in whatsapp so can connect direct from airport wifi with roaming off which is most handy very late on a sunday night.
