The staff were very friendly. However at checkin the staff member did not know how to process a hotels.com reservation. Also, I was given a room close to the check in desk that was noisy late into the night and early in the morning that made sleeping difficult.

We were there for an overnight softball tournament, so we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. But we interacted with friendly staff every time we left and returned!!
