O quarto precisa de manutenção, em todos os aspectos não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas , o café da manhã sem comentários, pouquíssimas opções, sem qualidade, frio , faltou café. Infelizmente não voltaria.

👍Recepção (Djalma☆☆☆☆☆)e copa (Elisângela?☆☆☆☆)se esforçam muito pra driblar falta de estrutura do hotel e amenizar decepção com falta de itens simples como queijo,suco no buffet do cafe da manhã. (ex.do capricho:havia mamão:tiveram cuidado de servir descascado) 👎Limpeza: paredes/teto do banheiro (apto.405) precisa melhorar. 👎Tecido das fronhas e cortinas está encardido e/ou esfarrapado.Nesse caso, empregados não tem o q fazer,assim como a impressão ruim q se tem com q se vê,qdo a porta do elevador se abre,no 4⁰ andar! 👍Localização: central,(proximo a pizzarias e restaurantes)com acesso facil(com carro) inclusive ao shopping. 👎Lazer:piscina (indsponivel)e áreas comuns estavam recebendo oportuna manutenção. hotel filme de terror!
Atendentes mal instruidos, sem cordialidade, quarto sujo, janelas quebradas, cama velha, banheiro com odor, no café da manhã 08:00 não tinha mais nada, cozinheiras falavam que iam repor e esperamos 40 minutos e nada colocaram, cozinheiras mal educadas e grosseiras! hotel sem qualquer condições de funcionamento. Precisa de interdição já!

Hotel aparentava está abandonado.
Hotel parecia está abandonado, café da manha parecia ser de dias anteriores, no banheiro estava faltando algumas coisas como piso de banheiro, sabonete, shampoo... Solicitei na recepção e o atendimento foi ok, enviaram os itens quando fiz o pedido.
