They women who took care of me In front desk was supper wierd and not welcoming at all !!!! And there was a roach when i walked in room also smelled wierd like if someone was burning plastic around room

Nightmare Stay

Overall, the stay was very unsatisfactory. I wish I took photos to show the condition of the room. This is my first time at a Red Roof Inn so, I was not sure how my stay was going to go. In summary, the staff was the best part of my stay. Everything except for the fridge and TV looked poor. The bathroom was barely functional and looked like it was suffering from rust damage. The water pressure was way off too. The bed made lots of noise and could not sleep through the night with how loud everything was outside of the room. The floor was not clean. I noticed this when I attempted to shower and so much dirt was stuck to the bottom of my feet. I reserved two nights but, I only stayed one. I had to leave because of a family emergency unfortunately or maybe fortunately. Either way, because I reserved and paid on this website, I can't get a refund for my reservation. The staff member I talked to tried to help me but couldn't because of this site. I think I'm just going to call the hotel directly for now on.

I had the WORSE!! EXPERIENCE Today with this hotel. I checked in not even 3 hours ago wasn’t there a full day ! My room stink the pipe bust! Water was everywhere and I had to hurry and run downstairs to tell the service!!! To tell the front desk. And I also ask the Manger for a refund!! He told me NO! Refund We can get you a different room so I just checked out. very unacceptable!!

Cleanliness is a top priority in Hotel hospitality.. I understand it’s budget friendly but that’s not excuse for it not to be clean and presentable..Smoke holes in linen and black stufff…cotton idk on the sheets that’s not acceptable! It’s not a bad place just need to be upgraded and treated with some tender love and care along with some employees who knows what CLEAN looks like …😉

the place was clean but there was nothing to it. they kept running out of towels and wanted to charge a fee to exchange for clean towels. people always coming and going. did not feel safe. front desk staff was temperamental and acted like i was being conniving when all i wanted to do was check in. I had to call booking and she was even short tempered with them.
