I did mot enjoy my stay at all. Sold all dream with online pictures. Unsafe neighborhood. Room smelled of strong urine. Holes/openings in walls. Just a terrible property.

Starting at check in the associate wasn’t properly trained on the process. She said the system rejected my credit cards x2 then a 3rd was accepted. 2 days later all 3 cards were charged so I’m forced to get that straightened out. The office area seen at the desk was sloppy and unorganized, chipped paint on walls and doors. At a glance the room Appleseed clean but soon discovered under the a/c the supporting bracket was rusted and jagged which could easily slice anyone’s foot hopefully not a child’s. The ceiling tile in the bathroom was discolored by obvious leaks. The exhaust vents and top of beds and lamp decor loaded with dust. There was a very strong chemical smell walking to our room. Walking my pet, we discovered a partially burnt pallet, pieces of 2x4’s laying within feet of the side entrance we were directed to use. I realize April in N. Carolina isn’t the time to start swimming but the pool wasn’t at all maintained. It was dark green with algae floating and a mosquito haven. We could walk within 100 ft without being swarmed. A simple monthly shock treatment should be a part of their standard operating procedure to maintain it. In short poor management and I wouldn’t advise anyone stay there.
